2. Valuations or valuation extracts if available
3. Background material to the project, the area and prospects for rental and growth.
4. Comprehensive floor plans and schematics.
5. Reference to web sites if applicable- even if it lists project with another agent.
6. 14 day Subject to Finance clause
7. Links to web pages, even if they contain the details of a competitor agent.
Again we can only supply the information provided by the developer.
