Yes the 2% declines the longer you take to make a decision. You have 2 months from when you first log on to select a property. After 2 months the cashback reduces by 0.up to 2% cashback each two months until it hits a minimum rate of 1.4% after 6 months. If you buy just one property from us, this limitation does not apply.
