Review sites on "links" section of the website and check out comparable properties on realestate.com or domain . Remember to check rentals.

• Complete a reservation form and pay reservation fee. Reservation fee is fully refundable if you do not go ahead for any reason.
• Recieve contracts and have them reviewed by your legal representative.
• Sign the contracts and return with deposit- usually 10%.
  Complete the contract and post it back to us asap with deposit. Deposit is always held in a trust account until settlement.
